Ingredients
- 250 gm Madhusudan Paneer (fresh & soft cubes)
- 2 bunch taaza palak
- 1 medium pyaaz (barik kata hua)
- 2 tamatar (puree bana lein, Yeh optional hai)
- 1 tsp adrak-lehsun paste
- 2 tbsp Madhusudan Desi Ghee ya Madhusudan Butter
- 1/2 tsp jeera
- 1/2 tsp haldi
- 1 tsp dhania powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Namak swad anusar
- 2-3 tbsp Madhusudan fresh cream
Palak Paneer Banane ka Method
Step 1: Palak Taiyaar karein
Palak ko achhe se dho kar 2-3 minute ke liye garam pani mein blanch kar lein, phir turant thande pani mein daal dein. Isse color bright rahega. Ab ise smooth puree bana lein.
Step 2: Paneer fry karein(Optional)
Madhusudan paneer ko halki si ghee mein 1-2 minute tak shallow fry kar sakte hain. Isse cubes thode firm ho jate hain aur flavour enhance hota hai.
Step 3: Masala taiyaar karein
Kadhai mein Madhusudan desi ghee garam karein. Jeera tadka lagayein, phir pyaz daal kar golden hone tak bhunein. Adrak-lehsun paste add karein aur halki si khushboo aane tak pakayein. Saare masale mila kar tab tak cook karein jab tak ghee halka sa alag na dikhe. Ab tamatar puree daale(optional) tab tak pakaye jab tak puree masalo mei acche se mil na jaye.
Step 4: Palak aur Paneer milaye
Ab palak puree masale mein mix karein aur 4-5 minute slow flame par simmer hone dein. Thoda pani add karke consistency adjust karein. Finally paneer cubes daal kar 3-4 minute gently cook karein.
Step 5: Serve karein
Upar se garam masala aur thodi fresh cream daal kar mix karein.
