Homemade Mawa Gujiya Recipe – Apno Ke Sath, Madhusudan Ka Swaad 

Festive season ho aur ghar mein gujiya na bane, aisa ho hi nahi sakta!

Iss Holi, ya kisi bhi special mauke par, banaaye bilkul homemade mawa gujiya for holi, woh bhi Madhusudan full cream milk aur desi ghee ke rich taste ke saath.

Yeh recipe itni easy hai ki pehli baar banane wale bhi bina tension ke bana sakte hain.

Ingredients For Cover:

  • 2 cup maida
  • 2 tbsp Madhusudan Ghee (moyan ke liye)
  • Thoda gunguna Pani (zarurat ke hisaab se, dough ke liye)

Mawa Ingredients:

Mawa Banane Ka Tarika:

  1. Ek heavy bottom kadhai ya pan mein Madhusudan full cream milk daal kar gas par chadha dein.
  2. Milk ko medium aanch par ubaalne dein.
  3. Jab milk ubalne lage, toh aanch halki kar dein aur lagatar chalate rahein.
  4. Dheere-dheere milk gaadha hota jayega aur pani sukhta jayega.
  5. Jab milk bilkul thick ho jaye aur kadhai ke kinare chhodne lage, tab gas band kar dein.

Bas, itna sa process hai. Aapka fresh homemade mawa taiyaar hai. Isi mawa ka use hum gujiya ke bharan mein karenge.

Ingredients For Filling (Mawa Bharan):

  • 1 cup mawa (khoya)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp chopped dry fruits (badam, kaju, kishmish)
  • ½ tsp elaichi powder
  • Zarurat anusaar Madhusudan desi Ghee

Banane Ki Vidhi:

Step 1: Dough Tayaar Karein

 

Ek bowl mein maida, namak aur Madhusudan ghee daal kar achhe se mix karein.

Ab thoda-thoda pani daal kar medium tight dough gundh lein.

Dough ko dhak kar 20–25 minute rest dena zaroori hai.

Step 2: Mawa Filling Banayein


Pan ko halki aanch par rakhein, usmein 1 tsp Madhusudan ghee daalein.
Ab mawa daal kar halka sa bhunein jab tak achhi khushboo na aaye.
Gas band karke thanda hone dein, phir sugar, dry fruits aur elaichi powder mix karein.

Step 3: Gujiya Shape Karein


Dough ki choti-choti puriyan bel lein.
Har puri ke beech mein mawa filling rakhein, aadha fold karein aur kinare achhe se chipka dein.
Chahe toh fork ya haath se design bana sakte hain.

Step 4: Fry Karna


Kadhai mein Madhusudan ghee garam karein.
Medium aanch par gujiya ko dheere-dheere fry karein jab tak woh golden brown aur crispy na ho jaayein.
Nikal kar tissue paper par rakh lein.

Serving Tip 

Gujiya thandi hone par aur bhi zyada tasty lagti hai.
Isse airtight dabbe mein rakh kar 7–8 din tak enjoy kar sakte hain.
