How to make Mawa at Home

How to Make Mawa Using Madhusudan Full Cream Milk
Ingredients:
- 1 litre Full Cream Madhusudan Milk.
- A little bit of time, lots of patience, and a touch of love.
Method:
Add a pack of Madhusudan Full Cream Milk into a heavy bottom pan.
Let it boil gently in medium heat.
Keep on stirring during boiling of milk so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pot.
As the milk gradually reduces, scrape the sides of the pot and add that again to the milk.
Simmer until the milk reduces enough to a point that it becomes thick in form and soft.
When the milk is thick enough to no longer stick to the sides of the pot, you’ll know your mawa is ready!
Allow to cool, and store in the refrigerator for use in homemade Diwali sweets such as Mawa Barfi, Mawa Halwa, Kalakand or Gajar Halwa. These are popular Indian sweets for Diwali that everyone enjoys.
