Holi Thandai Recipe
Holi ke din ghar mein rang, mithai aur laughter ke saath ek cheez aur zaroori hoti hai. Aur jab thandai bane pure, fresh doodh se, to taste automatically next level ho jata hai. Is baar try kariye yeh holi thandai recipe made with Madhusudan full cream milk, kyunki asli richness wahi se aati hai.
Ingredients (4-5 Glasses)
- 1 litre Madhusudan Full Cream Milk (well chilled)
- 2 tbsp badam
- 2 tbsp kaju
- 1 tbsp pista
- 1 tbsp kharbooje ke beej
- 1 tbsp saunf
- 4-5 kali mirch
- 4-5 green elaichi
- 8-10 strands kesar
- 3-4 tbsp sugar (as per taste)
- 1 tbsp rose water
Step 1: Soak for Perfect Flavor
Badam, kaju, pista, kharbooje ke beej, saunf, kali mirch aur elaichi ko 2-3 ghante ke liye pani mein soak kar dein. Isse dry fruits soft ho jate hain aur paste silky smooth banta hai.
Step 2: Creamy Paste Banayein
Soaked ingredients ka pani nikaal kar (Badam ko peel kar lijiye) thoda sa Madhusudan milk ke saath fine paste bana lein. Isse thandai ka base aur bhi rich ho jata hai.
Step 3: Milk Base Ready Karein
Ek bade bowl mein chilled Madhusudan Full Cream Milk daalein. Isme sugar, kesar aur rose water add karke achhi tarah whisk karein. Madhusudan milk ki natural thickness thandai ko perfect creamy texture deti hai.
Step 4: Mix & Blend
Ab dry fruit paste milk mein daal kar achhe se mix karein. Extra smooth finish ke liye aap ise strain bhi kar sakte hain.
Step 5: Chill & Serve
Thandai ko fridge mein 1 ghanta chill hone dein. Serve karte waqt upar se pista aur kesar garnish karein for that festive look.
