  • ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
  • Salt as needed
  • Little garam masala
  • Fresh coriander

 Steps to make Paneer Bhurji 

  1. Crumble the paneer with your hands
  2. Heat oil or butter in a pan on low flame
  3. Add onion and cook till it becomes soft
  4. Add green chilli and tomato. Cook until the tomato turns soft
  5. Add turmeric, chilli powder and salt
  6. Add the paneer and mix slowly
  7. Cook for 2–3 minutes only
  8. Add a small pinch of garam masala and coriander
